About Michel

I started practicing yoga out of curiosity and it caught me. At first I started to practice it once a week, then I did it 3 times a week. So little by little I became interested to the point that I began to study it and learn how to perform the postures properly as well as its philosophy. Today I am passionate about teaching and continuing to learn about this practice that is not just doing postures on a mat. Yoga is a discipline, it is a lifestyle that goes beyond a mat.

About the lesson

In these classes you will work:
1. Guided meditation
2. Pranayama exercises (breathing)
3. Hypopressive exercises (strengthen the pelvic floor and diastasis)
4. Strengthen your muscles
5. Greater flexibility
6. Relax
These classes are multilevel and personalized.

Con la crisis de la pandemia, la vida y el cotidiano de muchas personas se vieron afectadas y trastornadas incluyendo la mía. Gracias a la práctica del YOGA, pude encontrar nuevamente un equilibrio y un crecimiento interior que hoy en dia es parte inseparable de mi vida cotidiana.
