About Kate
I obtained my 200 hr yoga qualification in the Indian Himalayas, met the Delhi Lama and witnessed first hand the power of yoga and meditation. I am looking to teach beginners as I am newly qualified and aim to positively influence the lives of others; as I know the true power of holistic health and what it can do for our mind and body.

To begin we use Pranayama a method of chanting to prepare the mind for yoga.
The class will begin sun salutations with a variation of haha yoga sequences.
To finish the class will experience deep relaxation pose savasana, which helps the mind reflect on the yoga practise, focus on breathing; during this stage of the yoga teaching the mind tends to wander and spiral into positive thoughts and what I call purification of the mind, however everyones experience is different. The yoga sequencing is purely so savasana (deep relaxation) can be executed, as it is the most positive and restoring experience.
