Let me introduce myself I'm Amber....
Born in the UK a trained contemporary dancer, and 200 hour certified Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga Alliance teacher.

I first started my yoga journey taking hot yoga classes at virgin gym in London to gain flexibility, than after some years, attending various yoga classes and styles such as Jivamukti, Bikram, Vinyasa, yin & Ashtanga yoga I decided to finally complete a yoga training within the pandemic at a time I had never wanted it more……….

so I hopped on a plane to the beautiful location Ericeira in Portugal, I took the course with All Yoga, who I highly recommend- check them out (concealed information) and the experience lifted me up, it made me grow and smile everyday, its a experience I will cherish! Much gratitude to my teacher David Adame.

Yoga has helped me maintain focus and positivity during difficult times in my life, this is why I love yoga! There’s nothing better than connecting movement with breath leaving you feeling 100x better than before your practice.

I’m a earth girl who loves the planet, animal lover big on outdoors……

Vinyasa Flow yoga classes

Flow and breathe with vinyasa yoga, connect the body and mind in your practice. Dynamic and creative Vinyasa flow classes, with healing music. Clearing the mind stuff, allowing the body to feel more open and released, leaving you feeling energized. Great for flexibility & strength.

Ashtanga Yoga

Explore the 8 limbs of Ashtanga yoga, Move and breathe throughout this physical 1 hour set Ashtanga mps sequence, practicing Suryahamaskar A & B, standing, sitting postures combined with Vinyasas. Holding the poses for 5 ujjayi breaths, gaining focus and allowing the body to deepen in the asanas.

Beginner Yoga

Suitable for all levels, especially if your new to yoga and want to learn the basics and develop your practise, these classes will be a gentle flow, slowly warming the body up and being kind to our bodies, allowing time to enter the yoga asanas, and understanding the postures with every inhale and exhale, relaxing the body and the mind, ready to take on the day.

Contemporary Dance classes
-------------------------------------------

These classes will include a warm up activating the whole body, than moving onto floor work understanding how to come in and out of the floor. Travelling sequences, moving the body in the space efficiently. A contemporary phrase with rhythmic movement and artistic. These classes will enhance your creative side and enable you to feel more open and free with the body.
