About Elisa
Elisa has been a yoga teacher since 2016 and has taught in several European and non-European countries. Yoga for her comes from a love for dance and inner listening. It is a journey towards oneself, connecting soul and body, toning body and spirit, strengthening the intrinsic bond in order to find and strengthen the prior Self.
I teach Vinyasa based on the Ashtanga alignments, creating fluctuating sequences, always different and always full of elements of relaxation and "challenge" to create the right balance between effort and rest, between stretching and strength, between letting go and being perfectly present.

Hi, I'm Elisa. I am an internationally recognized yoga teacher and since 2016 I have brought this discipline on my travels to the UK, USA, South Africa and Italy. I teach in both Italian and English and one of my peculiarities has always been to focus my teachings on the needs of the individual person, creating specific sequences that reflect the objectives of the practitioner. Therefore my lessons never follow a fixed pattern but are malleable and adaptable following the anatomy, energy and aspiration of the practitioner.
What I teach:
Vinyasa: A mix of sequences and positions, with different intensities and particular attention to alignments to ensure the correct activation of the areas of the body involved in the practice. The sequences are joined together by fluid movements, creating connections between body, breath and mind. This style is very versatile and easily adapts to the practitioner's level and the desired cadence, making the lesson more or less relaxing and/or stimulating based on the desired energy level.
