About Elisabeth
Hi yogis & yoginis,
I'm Elisabeth, but please call me Eli.
I've been doing yoga and meditation for about 12 years now.
For me, yoga helps me utilise my body to navigate consciously through life, connecting my mind, body and soul altogether. While living a mindful life, more aware of my feelings and emotions, yoga helps me every day construct a life that feels true to myself - trusting the process & embracing the journey. As I love learning about self-development, psychology and wellness I've decided to dive deeper and do my 200 YTT at the beginning of 2021. Four months later, I proudly graduated from Elements Studio yoga school, now being an RYT.

Namaste Yogis,
I provide live yoga classes of either 60 minutes or 90 minutes long depending the studn. I am available all week and weekend allowing student to pick the time and day that is most suitable for them. I do flow, vinyasa, hatha, yin and restorative practices, including breathwork and meditation. Let me know
Before each classes I will take time to talk with student to understand their need and focuses. Then, I will plan a class that is relevant to them.
As a yoga teacher (RYT) I want to help students honouring each state of their mind and aspirations, as well as encouraging new feelings and energies in the physical and emotional body. To make sure I bring relevant support to students' development I emphasise and focus on body alignments and feels. Moreover, I believe in the importance of bringing awareness to the present moment, and to do so, I enjoy integrating some of my knowledge of breath-work and meditation into my classes.
For me, the development of each student is what is most important. By understanding that each student is different, I want to unify our yogi community with positive energy, allowing us to evolve in this fast-changing world, creating a real spirit of true alignment with one-self. I aim to encourage students to develop one-self and I aim to inspire students to evolve and challenge themselves each day.
The yoga classes I offer are for all levels and any ages. Yoga is for everyone!! I hope to see you on your mat.
