I am the passionate graduate from university of Zululand. I obtained my National Diploma in Sport And Exercise Technology, in 2023 my aim is to pass all my knowledge about how to treat your own body through physical activity to avoid foreign complications to your own health.

My lessons, are very short but much more enjoyable and sweet. We learn for that couple of minutes and do physical workout for that particular plan each individual falls in. Our aim is to not put anyone under the risk of fainting or getting hurt during sessions.
