About Elaine

As a child I have always been inspired by baking, so guess what my favorite toy was.. yes, it was The Easy Bake Oven. For those who don't know about it, it was a lightbulb operated mini oven which could make one little cake.. and again, that's how my story begins.
My mother could cook and bake just about anything from Lebanese food to Mediterranean and I give her credit for passing it on to me.
I have been lucky enough to reach my dream of turning our family home into a guest house wellness retreat where I personally cook and bake for my guests . This is how I have expressed my love for food and learnt to even grow my own herb garden:) So straight from farm to table, from my mother's kitchen to yours, lets start cooking!!

About the lesson

I will have an amazing selection of meals to choose from along with the list of utensils needed for the lesson. You will learn to meal prep, along with shopping for the right ingredients. My teaching method is simple and fun, step by step, allowing you time to perfect the meal. using my mom's utensils and kitchenware . I love to share tricks and tips to make cooking fun and presentation is always very creative!! Not to mention that in addition, authentic music is used to set the right mood:)
My lessons are can be easy and fun for children, adults or just about anyone who enjoys food , so feel free to reach out and I'm sure there's enough fun for everyone!
