About Mojtaba

I’m Mojtaba, an academic mentor and language educator with years of experience helping students and researchers thrive in competitive, international academic environments. Whether you’re preparing for graduate school, working on your first article, or navigating the complexities of academic English, I bring both technical expertise and heartfelt dedication to support your goals. My work has included guiding students through every step of the application process—writing research proposals, refining personal statements, preparing motivation letters, and structuring strong CVs. I’ve advised on PhD and Master’s applications across a wide range of disciplines, and many of my students have gone on to earn fully funded offers from prestigious universities. In addition, I offer detailed feedback and coaching for academic writing, helping students develop strong arguments, organise ideas clearly, and publish their work with confidence. As a language teacher, I’ve taught English for academic purposes, IELTS preparation, and general fluency, with a focus on clarity, self-expression, and cultural nuance. I also teach Persian (Farsi) for learners of all levels—whether for travel, heritage, or academic reasons. My approach is flexible, friendly, and tailored to each student’s needs. Professionalism, patience, and a deep understanding of academic systems are at the heart of my teaching. I’m here to make your learning journey smoother, more strategic, and more successful—whether you're applying abroad, improving your writing, or mastering a new language. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential.

With an unshakeable passion for education and empowerment through language, I have spent years immersed in the world of academic guidance and language teaching. From mentoring students on how to navigate the complex journey of applying to international universities—including proposal writing, crafting compelling motivation letters, and preparing full Bachelor, Master and PhD applications—to providing hands-on support with academic writing and research design, I’ve been a trusted companion in many scholarly pursuits. I’ve helped countless students shape their academic futures, offering personalised feedback on their statements and proposals, coaching them through admissions processes, and even supporting the publication of their papers. But my passion doesn’t stop at academia. I also bring rich experience as a language instructor. With a strong command of English and practical knowledge of academic communication, I’ve taught general and academic English, and I’m equally prepared and excited to teach Persian (Farsi) to non-native speakers. My teaching style is adaptive, supportive, and culturally informed, making learning both meaningful and memorable. I draw from my own journey—earning full PhD offers in the US, UK, and Australia, writing peer-reviewed papers, translating academic texts, and working on research at national levels. These experiences have equipped me not only with technical knowledge but also with the emotional insight needed to truly connect with students, researchers, and aspiring scholars. If you're looking for someone who doesn’t just teach, but believes in the power of education, cross-cultural learning, and academic excellence—I’d love to be part of your journey.
