About Gianna
I'm a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with 1.5 years of teaching experience. My journey into yoga began 6 years ago as a personal practice to find balance and peace in a hectic world, and it's now my mission to share the transformative power of yoga with others. I believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive space where students of all levels can explore their practice, connect with their bodies, and cultivate mindfulness. My life’s passion is to aid others with healing through movement, expression, and breath work.

My teaching style is rooted in mindfulness, alignment, and breath awareness. I strive to create sequences that are accessible yet challenging, allowing students to explore their edge while honoring their bodies. I emphasize proper alignment to prevent injury and encourage students to listen to their bodies and modify as needed. Each class is an opportunity for self-discovery and growth, both on and off the mat.
I offer meditation and journaling sessions as well customized to what you would like to work through. I can add this on to your yoga session or do a full meditation session. Which ever works for you!
