About Marta

Hello and welcome! My name is Marta, and I’m a passionate and experienced yoga instructor with over a decade of practice and 4+ years of teaching experience. I specialize in Yin, Nidra, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Chair Yoga, and I incorporate sound therapy into my sessions to create a truly holistic and transformative experience.

My teaching philosophy is centered on helping you strengthen, balance, and rejuvenate your body while cultivating a sense of peace and mindfulness in your life. I’ve had the privilege of teaching at YogaNinja studio in Sydney and conducting countless online and face-to-face private lessons. These experiences have allowed me to work closely with students of all ages (8 years and up) and levels, tailoring each session to their unique goals and needs.

As a certified yoga instructor with 200-hour YTT certification, I bring professionalism, empathy, and dedication to every class. Whether you’re looking to build strength and flexibility, relieve stress, or simply find a moment of calm in your busy day, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey.

About the lesson

I offer personalized yoga sessions tailored to your unique needs, drawing on over 10 years of practice and 4+ years of teaching experience. I specialize in Yin, Nidra, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Chair Yoga, creating classes that are accessible and transformative for all ages (8 and up) and skill levels.

Each session lasts 40-60 minutes, during which I use a detailed, hands-on approach to ensure my clients achieve proper alignment, balance, and progression. I incorporate sound therapy techniques, such as tuning forks, to deepen relaxation and enhance the healing benefits of yoga. Whether online or face-to-face, my private lessons allow me to focus fully on my clients, helping them set and achieve their goals with precision and care.

I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and have taught at YogaNinja studio in Sydney. My methodology combines mindfulness, movement, and sound to nurture both body and mind. Whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, stress relief, or a deeper connection to yourself, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
