My teaching method is very intuitive, I have trained in traditional Hatha Yoga and also Ashtanga yoga and I believe that the practice should suit the specific needs of the individual practitioner. I am also available to assist you to set up a home practice routine.

Before becoming a yoga teacher I used to attend Charney's classes. The space that she held was always warm, safe and nurturing. After becoming a yoga teacher myself, when ever I felt off centre, I would look out for one of her classes so that I could safely connect with myself again.
