I started to do yoga with Jenny 4 years ago and it really changed my life. For me was impossible that a person like me with no flexibility at all could ending doing yoga properly thanks to Jenny’s patience, passion and professionally she help all this way taught me to not give up and get a better life style.

Me and my daughter Clara (4 year old) did a short yoga lesson with Jenny. She was able to adapt the lesson to our skill level (or lack of haha) and made it enjoyable and calming, really relaxing. Jenny is a brilliant teacher and her sessions are always fun and energising!

She has great intuition and always pays attention to your preferences and the limitations of your body and adjusts her yoga poses accordingly.

She will advise you to reposition slightly so you get the most of every pose you do!

She is also kind and personable and I'm always very comfortable doing yoga with her. I highly recommend her as an instructor.

I had yoga lessons with Jenny after having back problems and she was so encouraging, adapting some of the poses to make them more manageable for me. She is committed to improving physical and mental health through yoga and is very knowledgable, but also has a gentle approach that makes it do-able even for a newcomer in her 50s! Highly recommended!
