About Rajesh
I have completed my B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra (NITK) in 2018. In college there was a ( non-profit) ' where local area ( out side of NIT) and NIT workers children from grade 1 to 12 and some for IIT-JEE entrance exam preparation used to come, there I used to teach mathematics. And also I have good conceptual understanding of mathematics as I have prepared for IIT -JEE entrance exam and cleared.
I have also cleared Engineering Services Examination (ESE/IES) in 2019.

The thing that I enjoy about the work I do is to dedicate my whole energy and attention to the I'm doing currently to the best possible output. And the other best part is I handle my work very lovefully and peacefully and I be very truthful towards my work as I need to answer myself at the end of the day, never blame others for any happening in my work and life. I always had aim others must be satisfied by my work what they have assigned me.
I also motivate my colleagues and younger ones in a way so that they can engage themselves in works they are doing.
Since college Frist year
I have done B.Tech from NIT Kurukshetra in ECE.
I have tought students there for 3 years from grade 1 to 12.
I have good conceptual understanding of mathematics as have prepared for IIT- JEE entrance exam and cleared it .

To understand the students what actually they need and how understanding they have about the subject and accordingly make a programme to lay down their strong foundation. Constantly motivate and encourage them through real life scenarios so that they can connect realise the essence subject in their life.
I have worked with students who don't have any background mathematics but later on they have beaten up students having good background.
The one fundamental advice I would like to give to students looking for tutor is to choose a tutor who has the ability to find the weaknesses of student in a subject and adjust them accordingly and also motivate students to develop good intrest in respective subject.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students shouldn't choose/ take teachers just on the basis of their experience. Because mostly experienced teachers are school teachers and they don't have conceptual understanding different techniques to solve the problem. They just have only one way what is solved in book.
This is I'm saying because I have been through school and school teachers and also IIT -JEE coaching, UPSC coaching. There is no match between school teachings and IIT-JEE coaching.
