About Jonathan

I am a certified yoga teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga RYT200 and Hatha Vinyasa yoga 200hrs. I worked in Clubmed Ixtapa and Cancún. I was also in Energy fitness Mexico for a few years. I love everything related to movement and that is why I also study a degree in Physiotherapy. I hope I can help you a lot physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually! See you soon.

About the lesson

I teach based on gratitude, kindness and understanding to my students to make them flow in practice so that they have development and evolution through continuous practice, teaching from the root of practice and helping them to understand their own body.

Perfect! Jonathan se tomó el tiempo necesario para responder a mis preguntas y se comunicó bien antes de la clase. Su inglés es muy bueno. Durante la clase, fue paciente con nosotros, verdaderos principiantes, y nos animó. Incluso modificó algunas posturas que no pudimos realizar. Yo recomendaría a Jonathan para cualquier nivel de yoga. Sus clases a domicilio son las mejores.

Jonathan took the time to answer my questions and communicated well prior to the class. His English is very good. During the lesson, he was patient with us true beginners and was encouraging. He even modified a few positions that we were unable to achieve. I would recommend Jonathan for any levels of yoga. His at home lessons are the best.
