About Ankita
Hi, my name is Ankita, I'm a yoga practitioner based in Dallas, Texas. My goal is to host a practice where you can connect with your being while collectively improving mental, physical, and spiritual health!
I believe this practice is key to embodying empathy and humanity. My work is part of a movement to build collectivity. I invite you to try the yogic way of life for our shared collective wellness!
