About Andrea
During the academic career I had the opportunity to deepen the studies of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics of movement and body composition aimed at understanding the best training methods for the psycho-physical well-being of the client.
The main reasons that led me to undertake this career are certainly the passion for fitness and the desire to have a valid caring role towards others: to give the right push to feel better about yourself, have more energy during the day and live a healthier life.

The Personal Training lesson is not simply a "weight shift", but an integrated system of information related to intra / interpersonal variability; for this, a good training should be tailored around the intrinsic characteristics of the client. My training method is based on 4 fundamental pillars:
- Detailed anamnestic form;
- Periodic anthropometric analysis, for the evaluation of progress;
- Training cards continuously updated and customized in compliance with joint biomechanics and customer needs;
- Annual training planning, in relation to the objectives to be achieved.
