About Hallie
Hello! My name is Hallie. I have been working on my relationship to food, my body, and my spirit my whole life. I completed yoga teacher training several years ago. I have learned how to listen to, and eat for my body, along with light nutrition. I have been working with a local Ayurvedic health practitioner for about three years. Throughout this time of working with my teachers, and my personal process, the way I view and take care of my body has shifted into something beautiful and I have really learned to get out of my head and stand powerfully in my heart. All this work has truly transformed my whole life and I am ready to share with others. I put all my love in everything I do, and truly feel as if I am on this Earth to provide beautiful and powerful support.

My teaching approach is very intuitive. I take the time needed to really determine what is needed, session by session. We will start with an introduction session, where I will truly listen and hold space as you share your experience. From there, we will determine the best course of action. I offer many different services - Ayurvedic Education, Food relationship mentoring, lifestyle coach & body appreciation, grocery shopping/nutrition assistance, food appreciation, yoga, meditation, journal assignments

Details
I believe this work is most valuable when there is a time commitment. I prefer to start week-to-week for a month or so, and then transition to a several month package. I have found the most success working in this fashion.
