My method is usingg positive reinforcement which I have learnt in my psychology degree to help create a learning environment where we are no longer afraid to ask questions, afraid of failure or feeling insecure about marks. I have a very collaborative way of thinking so any topic we tackle we will do together until we are confident that it’s achievable independently.
