My teaching method is simple. I basically know your body type and your personality, so i can prepare a schedule of training and lessons for PD and Fitness respectively. And then i count your calories intake and make changes according to your body goal. Exercises and meditation keeps you in discipline of doing any work regularly and consistently, & consistency is the key to success of any type.
