About Moin ali
Wandered around aimlessly after that travesty on the conveyor belt of doom, and noticed a bunch of big hairy guys sitting around eating trail mix. That's my kind of gym experience! What are they up to? How can I be one of them?
Worked up the courage to talk to them. Turned out they were all power lifters. 3/4 of their gym time is spent sitting around eating trail mix. Awesome.
Got one of them to teach me how to squat and romanian deadlift. Figured out how to fine tune my benchpress myself, on an old usenet group called misc.fitness.weights.
