I have worked with students from all sorts of backgrounds, with varying levels of comfort with the material. I enjoy a bit of humor, but also understand that time is precious and grades are important. Ultimately, my goal is to help a student feel more confident in their own ability to do the work. I do not believe in “can’t,” and instead encourage students to believe that they’re capable of more than they think.
