I am extremely passionate about helping people by using my knowledge to take a holistic approach, addressing clients' issues from multiple angles for a more effective, personalized experience. My dedication to exercise and physical activity is reflected in my hobbies, which include surfing, mountain biking, enduro motorbiking, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We booked a "couples" session and specifically requested a kettlebell workout. We are still using the techniques that Chad showed us in our once-off session. He was so professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely book another session on our next visit to Cape Town. The most convenient part was that we got trained at the place we stayed at, without schlepping all the way to a gym while we were on holiday!
