About Nina
I have been studying and practicing yoga for 10 years now, 3 years of self studying and 7 years of guided practice. Yoga is now a lifestyle for me, along with meditation, wellness, and nutrition. I have always been drawn to the holistic side of things and believe strongly in self healing. I teach what I teach for the benefit of others and the pleasure that I receive from spreading my knowledge to others is priceless.
