About Yoga

Hi I am Ganga from India and currently living in Adelaide. I am a yoga Practitioner from childhood and teaching yoga both offline and online from last 5 years. I am a certified yoga teacher from YOGA ALLIANCE USA. Also, completed 200HR teaching program from one of the Yoga leading institute from India

About the lesson

Yoga classes conducted are both offline and online. Hatha yoga, Pranayama/Breathing exercises, Meditation, Vinyasa flow, Iyengar style yoga with props.

Offline Classes are at place in Daveron Park, Adelaide. And online classes should be pre-booked. First 2 classes are free trial classes.
