Hello! I'm Prarthana, a passionate and dedicated yoga and meditation teacher committed to helping students build strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being through a safe and personalized practice.
I am a **RYT 200 Certified Yoga Teacher**, with additional certifications in **Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga for Back, Neck, Shoulder, and Knee Pain**. I teach students of all levels through online classes, adapting each session to individual goals and abilities.
Whether you're looking to reduce pain, improve mobility, build strength, or simply feel more balanced, I'm here to guide you with clear instruction, patience, and encouragement.

I believe yoga should be accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to each individual's needs. My teaching focuses on helping students build strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and develop a deeper mind-body connection in a safe and supportive environment.
Every class is personalized based on your goals, whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, relieve stress, recover from stiffness, or simply create a consistent yoga practice. I provide clear, step-by-step guidance with alignment cues and modifications, so students of all levels feel confident and comfortable throughout the session.
My lessons typically last **60 minutes** and may include a combination of breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement, yoga postures, relaxation, and meditation, depending on your needs. I teach styles including Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yoga with Weights helping students improve both mobility and functional strength.
As a certified yoga teacher with experience teaching students from different countries through online classes and workshops, I have worked with beginners as well as experienced practitioners. I enjoy creating a welcoming environment where students can progress at their own pace without pressure.
My lessons are suitable for adults of all ages and experience levels - from complete beginners to intermediate practitioners.
