About Emily
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal yoga practice and ongoing study of yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. I currently teach yoga and am continuing my education toward my 500-hour certification. I’m also a psychology student, which complements my passion for creating supportive, compassionate, and trauma-informed spaces where every student feels welcome.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking to deepen an existing practice, we'll explore mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy in a supportive, judgment-free environment. My teaching emphasizes body awareness, mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and the mind-body connection. I believe yoga is for every body, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
