About Saarthaak

Jr.Sous Chef at Marriott for 3 years
A graduate from Marriott's management training program called Voyage
Pass out of IHM- Aurangabad batch(2014-2018)
Have worked for various cuesines techniques and a varity of chefs. Young and energetic have the drive to innovate and see food from a different prospective.

About the lesson

I believe in taking individuals step by step through the whole learning process. I always provide with a list of set of ingredients before hand and always available if you are not able to procure that specific ingredient. Then from there taking the minimum time possible i teach every technique from small to complex. And end with teaching you some presentation skills.
