About Kate
I have 10 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Science. My passion for Chemistry started through exploring how substances interact and how scientific discoveries influence everyday life. Over the years, I have worked with many learners, helping them overcome challenges and achieve academic success.
My teaching style emphasises understanding, consistency, and encouragement. I enjoy breaking down difficult topics into simpler ideas that students can understand and remember. Supporting learners as they build confidence is just as important to me as improving academic performance.
I stay interested in developments across environmental chemistry, materials science, and laboratory research. These interests help me connect lessons to real-world applications and modern scientific progress. Teaching Chemistry continues to be a meaningful and fulfilling part of my professional life.

My Chemistry lessons help students understand how matter behaves and changes in different situations. We study topics such as chemical reactions, atomic theory, equilibrium, organic chemistry, and thermochemistry through simple explanations and relatable examples. I focus on building understanding so students can apply concepts confidently in different contexts.
