About Iris
I am a chemistry tutor with 11 years of experience and a PhD in Chemistry. My interest in chemistry began with a curiosity about how materials change and interact. Over time, this curiosity turned into a passion for teaching and helping students understand complex ideas. I have worked with students at different levels and helped them improve their understanding and performance. My aim is to make chemistry simple, clear, and meaningful for every learner.
My teaching approach is structured, patient, and focused on understanding. I explain concepts step by step and ensure students are comfortable before moving forward. I use simple examples and practical methods to make learning easier. I also focus on building strong problem-solving skills so students can work independently. Creating a supportive learning environment is very important to me. Students feel confident asking questions and learning at their own pace. I provide regular feedback to support improvement.
I continue to stay updated with modern developments and teaching methods in chemistry. Teaching is rewarding because I see students grow in confidence and understanding. My goal is to help students succeed and build a strong foundation in the subject. I want every learner to feel capable and confident in chemistry.
