About Brooklyn
My interest in chemistry began during my early studies when I first observed chemical reactions in laboratory experiments. Watching substances combine and transform into new materials made me curious about the scientific principles behind these changes. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and later complete a Master’s in Chemistry.
Over the past 9 years, I have taught chemistry to students from different academic backgrounds and levels of experience. Through teaching experience I learned that students often struggle with chemistry when they try to memorize formulas without understanding the underlying concepts.
Because of this, I focus on explaining ideas clearly and connecting different topics logically. My teaching style encourages students to ask questions, analyze chemical reactions carefully, and explore scientific ideas with curiosity. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where learners feel comfortable discussing complex concepts.

My chemistry lessons are designed to help students understand how atoms and molecules interact to create different substances and chemical reactions. Many learners find chemistry challenging because the subject contains formulas, symbols, and abstract ideas. In my lessons, I focus on explaining the reasoning behind chemical processes so students can clearly understand why reactions occur and how different substances behave.
Lessons are organized according to the learner’s level of knowledge and academic needs. Beginners start with basic concepts such as elements, compounds, and the structure of atoms. Intermediate learners explore chemical bonding, balancing equations, and the patterns behind common reaction types. Advanced students focus on chemical calculations, reaction mechanisms, and examination-style questions that require deeper analytical thinking.
Chemistry becomes much easier when students recognize the patterns behind reactions and understand the connections between different concepts. My goal is to help learners build a strong foundation in chemical science so they can approach chemistry problems with confidence and curiosity.
