About William
I teach engineering at a top 30 university in the United States, where I have taught in some capacity for 8 years and full time for 5 years. The courses I have taught include medical imaging, capstone design, instrumentation and controls, electromechanical systems, automotive engineering, and 3D modeling and additive manufacturing.
I am a making enthusiast, whether it be 3D printing something neat for around the house, designing a new part for a car, or designing a drone winching platform.

I teach through first covering the theory and practical applications of the material and then working through practice problems or using the material in a design challenge to solidify the topic. I do NOT just do homework sets, that makes it too easy to forget the material in 2 weeks! I am a big fan of problem solving and understanding how not only to solve some sample problem, but also the background of the topic. I professionally teach college undergraduate junior and senior students, but I am happy to tutor students of high school age and beyond who want to solidify their understanding of engineering, physics, and math subjects of many kinds.

Perfect! I hired William to help me design a trailer conversion.
