NOT LIFTING TOO HEAVY. INSTRUCTING THE CLIENT BY FIRSTLY TALKING THEM THROUGH THE PARTICULAR EXERCISE, THE MUSCLES OR MUSCLES THAT WILL BE WORKED. OTHER WISE KNOWN AS COMPOUND OR ISOLATION. I PERFORM THE EXERCISE SEVERAL TIMES, THEN CLIENT FOLLOWS AND WATCH WITH MY TRAINED EYE OF NEEDED CHANGES
