About Altus
I’m a semipro rugby player that as over 8 years of experience. Not only in rugby but in athletics, personal fitness and stretching. With all that I have a love for food so I’ll be able to help you get on the right diet to help achieve your goals.
The reason why I’m trying to teach is because I like any sport ,for that matter , and would like it to help those in need to move forward towards there goal/dream.
