Charlotte is one of the my favorite people that I’ve ever met. Last year I was fortunate to attend one of her magical yoga retreats, and I was more fortunate to stay connected afterwards.

Charlotte was so kind to continuously provide space and time for a curated practice 1-2 times per week together. Also, she helped guide me spiritually and intellectually with some really good recommended readings.

She was instrumental in helping me work through a major reconstructive shoulder surgery in the past few months, and I am forever grateful for that.
