About Quinn
I'm a 22-year-old, working professional in the DC metro area. I graduated from Penn State University in State College, PA with a B.S. in Economics. I'm continuing my education at the George Washington University pursuing a M.S. in Applied Economics with a heavy foundation in data science. I work at a local company called DRT Strategies as an IT consultant.
Whether you need help with basic algebra, calculus, or statistics, I'm here to help. I can't say I know everything because that is far from the truth. But you have my word that I will put in just as much effort as you in this tutoring program because I know how hard and frustrating it can be to not understand something. My determination to help you succeed is what will make this tutoring program not feel like such a chore.

I am a big visual learner and plan to help my students learn in the same way. Practice by doing is also a big factor of perfecting what it is you feel is lacking in your mathematical skills. Many practice problems with detailed solutions are included in my teaching. I've never been the fastest learner. It takes me a while to perfect a skill. I've gone through high school, college, and now a master's program where my fellow students solve problems to be the first ones finished with an assignment, exam, projects, and so on. I want my students to not be afraid of how long it takes them to solve a problem. As long as you understand how to solve problems, you'll be successful. Practice, practice, and more practice will help you become a quick solver. I'm willing to teach any level.
