I’m Chris, a 26-year-old London-based personal trainer with a background that sets me distinctly apart from the average PT. A former Queen Elizabeth’s School, Barnet student — one of the UK’s top grammar schools — I bring not only deep practical experience but also an academic foundation in real sports science. This isn’t just a job for me; it’s a discipline I’ve studied in depth and applied rigorously. As a 3h15 marathoner who also maintains a strong, muscular physique, I represent the rare middle ground: real cardiovascular excellence and genuine strength — a balance that is exceptionally difficult to master and even rarer to find in one coach. Most trainers can take you through a workout. I’ll help you understand exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing, how to optimise it for your goals, and how to make your progress sustainable for life. Whether you're aiming to build strength, improve your running, reshape your body, or simply become a healthier, more confident version of yourself — I can guide you there with precision, efficiency, and the depth of knowledge most trainers simply don’t possess. I’ve priced my sessions competitively at £35/hr for now to make it accessible — but make no mistake, you’re getting top-tier insight and support. Let’s build something extraordinary. Experience: -14 years experience of highly intense cardio and resistance training. Skills: -highly conscientious -very goal driven and seeking stimulation. Being that fitness gives me that, I will do whatever I can to achieve your goals. Qualifications: -level 2&3 accredited in personal training -high level science qualifications -I would encourage my clients to challenge my in depth knowledge, however complex, of the biological pathways relating to fitness. With my 14 years of keen research and constantly staying up to date, I know you’ll get your answer. About the lesson

Services I offer: -online training if desired, however, early on it will be necessary to see you in person, unless you have an aversion to doing so, in order to check your exercise biomechanics. -park based workouts -gym based workouts (typically the fastest way to results) -your home -I cater to most workout styles and for practically all goals (please do contact me first however, to check if I have experience in what you plan to achieve)
