By type of student and need, this is broadly my type of approach: High school student: After appropriate presentations and familiarization you start with the exercises, to examine the real gaps of the student and his needs and concerns. . In case of need, I proceed with a moment of theoretical review, with synthesis through conceptual maps and colored schemes, to stimulate visual memory and interest. In the case of discursive subjects I skip the first part, maybe I start by talking about a part that I find particularly interesting or vice versa and ask for an opinion, a comparison to break the ice and let me tell you what they know / have understood and possibly complete / integrate their knowledge or start from scratch. For university students: necessary knowledge and we get to the point of the question, there are usually gaps related to the achievement of a certain goal rather than gaps in understanding. We proceed with exercises or detailed review of the program, conducting exam tests and theoretical questions. Homework help: I follow the child / boy explaining, if necessary, the topics or parts of it that are unclear from how the exercise is carried out or together with him / her and / or their parents we find the most congenial method of study for those who find it difficult to concentrate and find the right motivation or who suffer from a specific learning disorder, with the preparation of appropriate roadmaps and number of lessons.
