Hello everybody i’m smriti chadha
I’m a choreographer, zumba trainer & personal fitness trainer.
Have you ever asked yourself why do you need exercise in your life?
NOW
We eat daily!
We sleep daily!
These 2 things we can’t ignore it.
BUT
Now we just need to make it better by
1. Healthy eating
2. Sleeping well/ good rest
And add just ONE HOUR WORKOUT for 5 days a week.
