About Courtney

My name is Courtney Sykes and I am a mother of 2 little boys. I have been a middle school teacher for 13 years and have my teaching license in North Carolina. I earned my bachelor's degree from UNC Chapel Hill and my Master's Degree in Education from Xavier University. I love working one-on-one with students and helping them build their confidence.

About the lesson

I am patient and kind. I have 13 years of experience working with Middle School students on both Math and Science topics I am a great listener and am able to understand what students are thinking and then meet them where they are. I especially love helping students build their confidence in Math. Let's work together to meet your goals!
