I make math approachable, engaging, and meaningful by connecting math concepts to real-world situations. My lessons may include exploratory activities, collaborative problem-solving, project-based learning, movement, and even songs to help students remember important formulas and processes.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review, followed by clear instruction, guided practice, an interactive activity, and independent application. I adjust each lesson to the student’s learning style, academic needs, and confidence level.
