About Tom

Hello! I’m Tom, a dedicated business educator, mentor, and operations executive based in Texas. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor of Management. My career is built on a simple principle: translating complex business theories into highly efficient, profitable, real-world operations.
I have spent more than 15 years leading multi-million-dollar operations, logistics networks, and supply chains across diverse, fast-paced industries. Currently, I serve as a Site Logistics Manager for Nox Group, where I direct complex site materials operations and bulk procurement workflows for large-scale data center construction projects.
Prior to my current role, I spent years climbing the ranks to become a Regional Operations Manager in the home services sector. During that time, I successfully managed multi-site operations with teams ranging from 10 to over 200+ employees, scaled a business location's revenue from $15M to $25M, and engineered structured workflows that saved over $1M in a single year. I have also served as a Plant Manager, successfully launching nationwide product rollouts into massive retail chains like Costco and Walmart by streamlining supply chains, negotiating vendor contracts, and implementing Lean manufacturing models.
Throughout my executive career, my favorite responsibility has always been developing people. I have spent years training, coaching, and mentoring professionals at all organizational levels to help them unlock their potential and master operational strategy.
Outside of my corporate work, I am passionate about helping the next generation of business leaders, university students, and working professionals conquer their academic challenges and achieve their career milestones. I look forward to bringing my unique blend of advanced academic training and heavy-hitting corporate experience straight to our evening learning sessions!
