About Lexie
I offer warm, encouraging online guitar and ukulele lessons for kids, teens, and adult beginners. My teaching style is structured but relaxed, with clear goals, healthy technique, and practical practice steps students can actually follow at home. A typical lesson includes a short warm-up, chord or rhythm work, and time on songs students enjoy. I help students build strong basics in strumming, chords, timing, and coordination while keeping lessons engaging and confidence-building.

I’m Lexie, a warm and encouraging music teacher with experience teaching both in the classroom and in private lessons. I specialize in guitar, ukulele, voice, piano, and acting, and I love helping students build confidence while developing strong musical foundations. My background as a K–8 music teacher has taught me how to work with many different ages, personalities, and learning styles, so I can keep lessons both structured and supportive. Whether a student is a complete beginner or already playing, I focus on making progress feel clear, achievable, and enjoyable.
