About Su Lie
I was very weak and cant even run for 100m back then. I only kick started my workout since I was 30years old and now I’m on my 41 and I definitely look stronger than myself in 30s.
I wish to help out those who have no ideas of how to workout and how to kick start their fitness journey. Helping people to improve their health and fitness is satisfying.
