About Jacqueline

I remember the look on my student's face when he read his first book. Behind his eyes, hope and pride beamed. If you would have told me just a few weeks prior he was struggling with his alphabets and ready to throw in the towel, I wouldn't have believed you.

This is why I love tutoring. To many tutoring helps children in their academics, but to me, tutoring provides children with the confidence they need to tackle anything thrown their way.

I love working with students between Pre-k and Third Grade. When I work with students I have them take an assessment to see what areas they need help in. From there, I create a tutoring plan specialized to them. I use props, worksheets, and games as part of my lessons.

Qualifications:

I have a Bachelor's degree in social work and a combination of 12 years as a homeschooler and Learning Coach.

English lessons offered by Jacqueline are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Lancaster. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
