About Mihail

I am a student at Duke University and I have been teaching to students all over the world for more than 2 years. I love sharing information that I know will help others.

I started teaching in high school at the recommendation of my math teacher.

I am a student at Duke University with a major in Math and Physics and I have been tutoring since high-school. I took multiple courses over the years that taught me how to approach a student in order to get the most efficient results.

About the lesson

The process is simple:

1. Test

2. Fix

3. Advance

First, we test the student to see the current level of knowledge, and then we will fix all the ideas that are not so well understood. After that, we will advance to progressive topics that can help the student further evolve.

I have worked with students from all over the world both online and at seminars. I have prepared students for International Competitions since I myself have obtained multiple medals at Nordic-Baltic Olympiads and European Olympiads.

In order to pick a teacher, I think it is essential to have something in common with the teacher. This will make the whole communication a lot easier and will enable a quicker and more efficient way to approach learning.

A recent event was when my younger friend managed to get accepted to Duke as well since both he and I really wanted for him to get admitted. I have prepared him for the SAT and our friendship will countinue.
