About Sony
I have been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 12 years, with a background in Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga, as well as pranayama, meditation and Kundalini practices. My journey has taught me that yoga is much more than physical exercise—it is a way of understanding the body, breath and mind. I want to share this knowledge in a practical and accessible way, helping each student develop a deeper, safer and more meaningful personal practice.

My classes are personalized according to your body, experience and goals. I teach traditional Hatha Yoga incorporating Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini practices, along with pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
