About Naomi
Hello there, I’m Naomi. Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Maybe you're feeling a bit under the weather physically or emotionally? I would love to create a beautiful sanctuary either in my home or yours or in nature if you prefer and the weather is nice where we can gently let go of some stresses for an hour and reconnect to self. My sessions are highly tailored to the individual whether that’s to relax and rejuvenate, focus on a specific issue or have a workout to get that glow before a night out! First session is free so treat yourself to a little me time and come along and meet me. I will ask you what you want to get out of the session beforehand and then we will have a taster and I will talk through some suggestions of a tailor-made plan going forward but there is no pressure if you want to leave it there or just drop in occasionally! I additionally have specific training working with children and so would love to come and take your little ones on a yoga story adventure, yoga parties or I can do teen yoga dance. (I am an actor with training in musical theatre!) I can also provide group classes if a group of friends want to get together for a relaxing night in or energetic weekend activity. Each additional person up to group of five is £10 (on top of £20 base fee) After group of five + £5 Eg. Group of 5 = £60ph Group of 6 = £65ph Group of 10 = £85 I am open to negotiations if booking more than one session. Yogame Yogame is my tailor-made programme just for you. In addition to a weekly session. I provide you with recipe plans, tailor-made essential oil blends and tea bags, as well as a short daily yoga or meditation practice with meditations and exercises guided by me on videos just for you. I will be on hand on Facebook for any questions or difficulties that will arise aiming to get back to you in 24 hours. You will also have access to my Facebook group with online yoga sessions on Saturday or Sunday morning. 4 weeks £500 Includes One pack of loose tea blend One essential oil blend. I teach a range of different styles from hatha and ashtanga to kundalini including different pranayama and meditation techniques. I can give recommendations for diet, herbs and essential oils to support practice. I am able to intuitively tap into where a person may have blocks in energy and support healing, using my voice, sound healing and gentle adjustments to guide you to better flow and harmony. I always take time for a blissful relaxation journey at the end.

I have been to several of Naomi's yoga classes and will definitely be going back for more. Her instructions are very clear and she adapts to cater for all abilities.
