About Tintswalo
I am a final-year BSc Mathematics and Applied Mathematics student at the University of Johannesburg. I strive to become a better student, tutor, and person every day.
I began tutoring in 2020, helping classmates as well as primary and high school students. Over the years, I have developed a patient and supportive teaching style that adapts to each student's unique way of learning.
I believe that every student can succeed with the right guidance. My goal is not only to help you understand the subject but also to help you discover how you learn best, so you can become a more confident and independent learner.

We start with a free 15-minute consultation to assess your current understanding of the subject and discuss your goals for the term or semester.
Each lesson begins with a review of the key concepts before we work through problems from basic to more challenging. We finish with a recap of what we've covered and a clear plan for independent practice.
My focus is not only on improving mathematical skills but also on building confidence. I believe every student can succeed with patience, practice, and the right support. We don't give up—together, we'll tackle every challenge step by step.
Lessons are primarily conducted in English, with Zulu and Siswati available if preferred.
