I found Usoof on superprof and had a chat with him about training and workout stuff and I was stuck for months before I started with Usoof. I have been training but not really progressing.
He fixed my form, simplified my workouts, and showed me how to actually train properly instead of just going through the motions.
Also helped a lot with diet without overcomplicating it.
Started seeing strength go up pretty quickly and physique changes followed. I’m happy to see the improvement so far.
So I highly recommend him for the others it’s simple but effective, definitely worth it.I've known Usoof since first year of my LLB course, I was overwhelmed with public law but he helped me simplify the bulk of the course and it made me more confident in answering exam questions. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone who needs help with LLB modules.
I was very happy with Usoof, very engaging and doesn't take any blanket approach to his teaching. Tailors each session for the outcome I wanted to achieve and he also has some great study tools when using bulk study guides. Certainly made it easier for me to sit for exams.
