I am experienced as an Events Manager and Chef. I run my own businesses and currently teach at a secondary school on hospitality and catering to key stage 3 and 4.
I am passionate about developing life skills for all students i teach through culinary experiences. I teach basic skills to complex theory. Having front hand experience benefits the students.

I am passionate about food and what goes behind creating dishes. Combining world ingredients and incorporating theory on food is a great way to learn. Practical sessions as well as theory based sessions in line with the curremt curriculum.
We learn about healthy eating and promoting the eat well guide and nutrition.
